We are experienced beauty professionals that have a tender heart to serve brides and help eliminate stress that comes along with executing weddings. Q: Is a Bridal hair consultation required? 

​

A: Yes, consultations are required for the Bride only to ensure Artist and Bride have a very clear understanding of the vision and execution required for Artist to provide the most valuable service for the day of your event. 

Q: Can you travel to me? 

​

A: Yes, our team is available for travel, which will incur a travel fee outside of 10 miles of our salon. Rates may vary but are generally priced as follows: 11-30 miles: $50, 31-60 miles: $100, 61 miles or more: rates may vary.

Q: What else does my Bridal style include? 

​

A: All packages include an in salon prep day at least 2-3 days prior to the event; consisting of shampoo, conditioning, and blow-dry. If you have extensions in, there will be an additional prep fee of $85 added. 

Q: Do you cater to large wedding parties?

​

A: Yes, we have an expansive team of experts that we contract with, however, for any party over 5 people, there will be an additional assistant fee included of $100. For parties over 10, additional assistant fee will be $200.

Q: How do I secure my event date? 

​

A: A contract and retainer of 50% are required to confirm all bridal services. A 50% PayPal retainer of the total cost of services is due upon signing, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all PayPal invoices. We only allow one payment, company will not accept multiple payments from bridal party members. The Host (Bride) is responsible for obtaining all necessary payment from her guests.

Q: Do you conduct phone consultations?

A: We allow for 30 minute discovery calls with our Event Planner to further discuss event details to ensure all costs have been determined and discussed. In addition, upon signing a contract, we allow for a complimentary 30 minute in-person consultation to meet your Artist and discuss the full design concept. For all in-person consultations, please come with your hair freshly washed and blow dried.

Q: How early can your team arrive on-site?

​

A: Artists will be scheduled as early as required to ensure services do not interfere with the event start time or any prescheduled pictures or ceremonial practices. For all call times prior to 8:00am, there will be a $50/hr early call time fee added to services.
