Salon Policies

AGREEMENTS:  In order to accommodate our clients, a credit card is required for ALL bookings. This ensures that our cancellation policy is respected, as appointments are first come first served. By booking online or over the phone, you are agreeing to the following terms set forth herein.  You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for LATE CANCELLATIONS and 100% for NO SHOWS.  No shows or excessive tardiness may result in the loss of ability to book an appointment.  Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule, and are at the discretion of the owner. COURTESY:  If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, or we are not able to accommodate you the same day at another time, your appointment will be rescheduled being subject to the LATE CANCELLATION fee. We firmly believe in the value of your time and others, so please give notice of any scheduling issues. For brow appointments, there is a 10 minute grace period. All reschedules will be subject to the late cancellation fee.

PRICING:  All prices are starting ranges, additional charges for extra product usage, hair length, density, or texture may apply. Clients that require additional combing or detangling will incur additional fees. To avoid this happening, please come with all previous styles removed and thoroughly combed through. If there is excessive buildup in your hair or scalp from weaves or braids, we ask that you kindly do a light shampoo a few days prior to your appointment.  We value your time as well as our other guests, so please be aware that any pre-styling that requires excessive amounts of time will incur an additional charge. All pricing will be discussed prior to the start of your appointment. NO REFUNDS under any circumstance.

CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY:  We do not service children at this time. We are an intimate salon with an upscale home feel, so our duty is to provide a professional atmosphere at all times. As a courtesy to other salon clients, we ask that you please refrain from bringing a guest or children that are not being serviced. Salon space is limited and we would like to reduce the interference with paying clientele.
